When you book an appointment, your scheduling and payment information is collected and processed by Square Appointments, our third-party booking provider. That data is governed by Square’s own privacy practices, not ours.

Our website uses the following third-party services:
- Square Appointments — Handles appointment scheduling and payment. Information you enter when booking is governed by Square’s Privacy Notice.
- Google Maps — Embedded on our locations page to help guests find us. Map interactions may be tracked by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

We may add basic website analytics in the future to understand how visitors navigate the site. If analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected. Any analytics we add will be configured to aggregate visitor activity rather than identify individual users.
