These terms describe what to expect from your visit and the policies that apply when you book or receive services from us.

1. About These Terms
Pure Bliss Massage (“Pure Bliss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name of Revive Asian Spa Inc, a Kansas corporation. We operate a massage studio in Overland Park, Kansas offering foot massage, full body massage, targeted-area massage (back; head, neck & shoulders; upper body; lower body; hand & arm), combo packages, and a deep-tissue add-on. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments may be reserved online through Square Appointments, our third-party scheduling provider, or by calling us directly. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
3. Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome subject to therapist availability and may involve a wait during busier hours. Booking ahead is the surest way to reserve your preferred time.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. Pricing is published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be offered in the future. When they become available, the redemption and refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
6. Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive services unaccompanied. Guests under 18 may receive services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains at the studio during the appointment.
7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Massage therapy at Pure Bliss is intended for relaxation, comfort, and general wellness. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health conditions, recent injuries, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether massage is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before scheduling. You are responsible for informing your therapist of any relevant conditions before your session begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revive Asian Spa Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session at issue.
9. Right to Decline or Discontinue Service
We reserve the right to decline service or end a session at any time, at our sole discretion, in situations involving inappropriate behavior, intoxication, conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of our team or other guests, or any breach of these terms.
10. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
